Personal Data Processed<\/h2>\n<p>Through the contact and quotation forms on our website, your full name, email, phone number and message content may be processed; while you visit the site, your IP address, cookie and usage data may be processed.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Purposes of Processing<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>To respond to your requests and quotations,<\/li>\n<li>To provide web design and digital advertising services,<\/li>\n<li>To carry out communication processes,<\/li>\n<li>To ensure the security and performance of the website,<\/li>\n<li>To fulfil our legal obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Legal Grounds<\/h2>\n<p>Under Article 5 of the KVKK, your data is processed on the legal grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, and, where required, based on your explicit consent.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Collection Method and Transfer<\/h2>\n<p>Your data is collected electronically through website forms and cookies. To the extent required by the service, it may be transferred to hosting, email and analytics service providers and, where legally required, to authorised institutions.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>To learn whether your personal data is being processed,<\/li>\n<li>To request information if it has been processed,<\/li>\n<li>To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,<\/li>\n<li>To know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad,<\/li>\n<li>To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,<\/li>\n<li>To request deletion or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK,<\/li>\n<li>To request that correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,<\/li>\n<li>To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of data exclusively by automated systems,<\/li>\n<li>To claim compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7.
